Shakti AI provides AI advisory, workflow automation design, and implementation services.

2. No Professional Advice

Any automations, templates, messages, reminders, reports, or outputs provided are operational tools intended to support your internal workflows. They do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice and must be reviewed, approved, and used under the supervision of appropriately qualified professionals within your organization.

3. Automation Responsibility

Most workflows operate with client-owned systems such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms.

Clients are responsible for:

• Data accuracy and legality
• User access controls
• Final approval of automation outputs
• Compliance with accounting, tax, and financial regulations

4. AI Output & Liability Disclaimer

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors or omissions.

Shakti AI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or regulatory compliance of AI-generated results. Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made using automation outputs.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, templates, and automation frameworks remain the intellectual property of Shakti AI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shakti AI’s liability is limited to fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
